What is A Climate for Change?

A Climate for Change is a series of three documentaries, produced by Green Island Films in 2020, about climate change in paradise. It’s movingly told through the stories of real people living in Hawai‘i – both those battered by the impacts of global warming and those working to do something about it.

THE GOAL OF THE CLIMATE TOOLKIT

Provide students with opportunities to access high-quality climate education through project-based learning.

WHAT IS The Toolkit?

The Climate Action Educator's Toolkit is FREE to all Hawaii school teachers!

The Toolkit accompanies the documentary and provides educators with project ideas to engage in student-centered conversations and action around climate change in Hawaii.

The Toolkit is a compilation of resources, project ideas, and strategies for teachers to use in conjunction with the film, to teach climate change.
